This puukko has the traditional curly birch and birchbark handle. One of the reasons this puukko is so unique is that the curly birch, normally only found in Scandinavia, was harvested in northern Minnesota by Wilderness Effects! The blade is hand forged 80crv2 high carbon tool steel with a hand sanded finish combined with the forged finish along the spine. The bolster and pommel washer are brass.
The blade is 100mm long (4"), 23mm wide and 5mm thick
